Working Pattern Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

This hybrid role combines financial management, cost oversight, and strategic workforce planning to support Consumer Lending’s long-term business objectives. You’ll lead initiatives that align financial strategy with workforce capability, ensuring the right people with the right skills are in the right roles at the right time. The role demands strong collaboration across CL business areas, Finance, and People & Places, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and influencing senior customers.
