  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to interpret customer insight and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead engagement and relationship mapping with customers.
  • Ensure delivery teams meet expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Leverage data to inform recommendations and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and service improvement.
  • Champion Delt's service portfolio for over multiple disciplines.
  • Lead on customer satisfaction and engagement.
