Qualifications

• Experience in a similar high-profile management and planning role, ideally in the steel industry.
• Proficiency in Sigma Nest software.
• Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems.
• Advanced Microsoft software skills.
• Demonstrated management, planning and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan throughput effectively according to demand.
• Organize work streams within the CAD team for efficiency.
• Manage the CAD team to minimize waste and maximize utilization.
• Communicate stock levels and ensure correct nesting grades.
• Be flexible with urgent orders while minimizing disruptions.
• Ensure realistic planning of cutting deadlines and communicate orders.
