A leading organization in asset management in Broxmore Park is searching for a Head of Strategic Assets. You'll be accountable for developing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive asset management strategy while managing the Fleet, Facilities, and Stores. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, alongside experience in fleet/transport and facilities management. Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CIPs or relevant discipline.
• Experience managing fleet/transport, estate and facilities.
• Demonstrable experience in managing change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of the Fleet, Facilities and Stores department.
• Develop and implement a long-term asset management strategy.
• Manage budget and statutory compliance including risk management.
