Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the customer journey is consistently positive
  • Support the Store Manager with operational tasks such as stock management, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in line with company policy
  • Supervise and motivate staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and high standards
  • Train and support new team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and loss prevention standards
