A popular retail organization in East Hagbourne is seeking a Customer Team Leader to guide their store team, ensuring outstanding customer service and operational efficiency. Location: Co-op Food, Kilburn Place, Didcot, OX11 9SH
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 24 or 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: 24 hour contract: available 6 over 7 days, including 2 evenings; 30 hour contract: available 6 over 7 days, including 6 evenings

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at our brand new Co‑op food store in Didcot. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store.
