We are looking for a commercially focused, analytically strong individual who can turn insight into action and deliver impactful space optimisation across our stores. As a Store Space Performance Planner, you will play a key role in driving Fashion, Home and Beauty sales and profitability through the effective optimisation of store space. Using data, insight and sound commercial judgement, you will ensure each store has the right grade and proposition aligned to business strategy and local customer needs. Working cross-functionally with Retail Management, Field and Regional teams and central partners, you will deliver accurate space plans, support seasonal and macro space changes, and identify opportunities to improve space productivity across a multi-region estate. This role is central to bringing the Fashion, Home and Beauty transformation strategy to life in store.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
