Job Title: Store Manager / Branch Manager
Reporting Line: Area Manager
Location: Store-based
Business Contribution: Fully responsible for running the assigned store by driving performance and results, maximising sales, following company standards, and effectively leading the store team to ensure the delivery of the company brand values to every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Commercial
  2. To achieve sales budgets or forecasts.
  3. Ensure execution across the area of store layouts, windows, pricing/promotions, and product presentation.
  4. Advise Retail Area Manager of competitive behaviour and local marketing initiatives.
  5. Provide customer profile insights to the Retail Area Manager.
  1. People Management
  2. Recruit, train, manage, and develop the store team.
  3. Promote a challenging and professional environment.
  1. Financial Management
  2. Achieve profit budgets related to the Profit & Loss accounts.
  3. Manage budgets set by Retail Area Managers.
  4. Manage shrinkage and stock loss.
  5. Secure company assets at all times.
  1. Standards
  2. Ensure strict compliance with policies and procedures.
  3. Instil excellence in customer service.
  4. Maintain housekeeping, repairs, and safety standards.
  1. Communication
  2. Act as the key link for communication between Retail Area Manager, store staff, and team.
