John O'Groats Knitwear Co is part of The Edinburgh Woollen Mill and focuses on delivering quality products, great value and excellent service levels. We are a major national retailer with over 200 retail stores, including High Street stores, Garden Centre concessions, Tourist stores and larger format Destination Stores. Controlling the product development and supply chain allows us to deliver the best yarns and fabrics which fit perfectly and stand the test of time. Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful personal service. We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at John O'Groats Knitwear Co. Our store is located in this iconic northern village, known as the north-eastern tip of mainland Britain, a popular destination for visitors embarking on or completing the Land’s End to John O’ Groats journey.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
