Job Description:

The project involves supporting the Creative Services team with new store openings & refits for Hackett & Façonnable.

What will the role entail?

  • Monitor and control the construction process by coordinating efforts with Contractors, Hackett Supply, Retail operations, etc.
  • Review and coordinate design packages in AutoCAD.
  • Ensure quality control standards for construction, including cost, timing, site building design layout, and specifications.
  • Provide effective consulting and maintain good working relationships with Department Store and Country Managers.
  • Oversee maintenance of documentation supporting project records to ensure proper tracking of construction and decision processes.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced/native level of English is required; Spanish/French is beneficial.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is essential.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
