Overview

Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. Availability required 3 - 4 days including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts between 6.30am - 3pm. Overtime is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, delivering personalised and attentive assistance to every customer.
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively to enhance the customer experience.
• Uphold high pet care standards and ensure excellent store operations.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and supporting team goals through collaboration and proactive involvement.
