Salary: £9,445.61 gross per annum (£23,614.02 FTE)

Hours: 14.8 hours per week (working pattern below)

Location: Exeter Library

Closing date: 9am, Monday 26th January 2026

Interview date: Tuesday 3rd February 2026 at Exeter Library

Working pattern:
  • Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (7.4 hrs) with a 36 minute unpaid break
  • Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (7.4 hrs) with a 36 minute unpaid break

Total Weekly Hours: 14.8 hours per week

Exeter Library is seeking a Stock Distribution Assistant to join our team in Stock Services.

In this role, you will assist with the circulation and distribution of items around the County, unpacking and sorting books and packing up deliveries.

This role involves a degree of physical fitness and would suit someone who enjoys work within a distribution bay. You’ll be part of the wider stock team, and report to the Stock Services Supervisor.
