Overview

Job Title: Stock Administrator

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000

Benefits: 25 days holiday, private healthcare, 5% pension

Duration: Permanent

Location: Luton

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30 - 4.30 or 9.00am - 5.00pm; office based but flexible hours

Purpose of role

Working closely with Sales, Service and Warehouse to ensure a smooth operation of the company\'s sales and logistics processes

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the stock room and its contents.
  • Processing loans kits end to end
  • Be responsible for the loan database, organize loans equipment for customers
  • Co-ordinate return of loans equipment.
  • Ensure goods In and goods out are recorded correctly and that stock levels are correctly maintained. Assist with engineer\'s stock movements.
  • Ensure MRP are accurate and stock is regularly ordered if needed
  • Responsible for, regular stock checks including main stock and stock held by engineers.
  • Cover other admin responsibilities when required this may include, Booking in goods requiring repair, invoicing customers for repairs and returning customer instruments
