TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover surveys in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

As a stock condition surveyor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen, bathroom, central heating.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
• Assess the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms, etc.

About the Role:

• Surveys are carried out on software tablet devices that will be provided.
• Outside IR35 role.
• Paid per survey – houses, flats, blocks.

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience in stock condition surveying.
