A housing services organization is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to assess residential properties and ensure asset data accuracy. In this role, you will identify compliance risks, manage multiple sites, and produce detailed survey reports. Ideal candidates will have strong property surveying experience and excellent communication skills. Training in EPC assessment and drone operation will be provided as needed. This position is located in Hoddesdon, United Kingdom.
The Stock Condition Surveyor supports the organisation's commitment to improving homes and ensuring asset data accuracy. You will work across residential property portfolios to assess condition, capture component data, validate asset information and identify risks relating to compliance, disrepair and property standards.
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will report directly into the Contracts Manager and/or Operations Director. Your duties relate to Stock Condition surveying activities within your operational workstream.
