Job description

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor on behalf of a local authority in Hampshire. This is a 3‑month ongoing contract with a rate of pay of £35ph umbrella over a 37.5 hour working week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking stock condition surveys across a housing portfolio of just over 3,000 residential units. The properties vary in style, age, build, and size, providing a diverse and interesting workload.

Candidates will be expected to conduct surveyors or be in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days per week working from home subject to operational needs and timely delivery of duties.
