Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate demand and stock data in Maestro systems.
  • Monitor ordering, stock levels and EPOS data to maximise availability.
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, sales and production teams.
  • Resolve stock and service issues with timely, clear communication.
  • Support key events (e.g. Christmas, Easter) and customer updates.
  • Identify process improvements to strengthen stock flow and reduce waste.

Based - Lutterworth, LE17 4DU (hybrid, 50% of your time in the office)

Working Pattern - Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00 - 16:00

Salary - £30,000 per annum

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Demand and Stock Co‑ordinator to support our demand forecasting process and ensure excellent stock availability across our customer and Premier Foods product lines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced supply chain environment, builds strong cross‑functional relationships, and enjoys problem solving to keep stock flowing efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:
