Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years steeplejack/building maintenance experience.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with strenuous work at height.
  • Ability to follow and write Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and assess the condition of steeples and other elevated structures.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and renovations to these structures.
  • Write Risk Assessments and Method Statements at manager level.

Job Overview

We’re seeking experienced Steeplejacks (Technician to Senior Site Manager) to carry out inspection, maintenance, and repairs at height. Senior roles include team leadership and project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Relevant height-work certs (ATLAS, Rope Access, etc.)
  • 2–3+ years steeplejack/building maintenance experience
  • Physically fit; comfortable with strenuous work at height
  • Skilled in masonry, roofing, metalwork, painting, demolition, hardware installation
  • Tool and machinery proficiency
  • Strong safety knowledge; able to follow and write RAMS (manager level)
  • Leadership skills (manager level)
