This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience, along with added expenses.

Job description

We are seeking a Steel Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a full‑time basis, supporting structural үйлдвэрийн steelwork projects from tender stage through to delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out take‑offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for structural steelwork projects
• Assist with estimating, pricing, and routing of works
• Support quantity surveying duties where applicable
• Help oversee steelwork projects from a commercial and operational perspective
• Work closely with the steelwork department to support project planning and delivery
• Monitor costs, variations, and project spend
• Assist with equipment oversight related to structural steelwork operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in estimating
• Some exposure to quantity surveying is preferred but not essential
