You will be responsible for updating and improving standard product costings, including:

  • Building a robust Excel‑based costing model for approximately 300 SKUs, incorporating sensitivity analysis to assess key cost drivers.
  • Reviewing existing standard cost builds, identifying discrepancies between similar products and proposing practical, commercially sound solutions.
  • Partnering with site‑based labour and raw material experts to investigate potential changes and validate assumptions.
  • Collaborating with ERP and system specialists across multiple group locations to implement approved changes within site ERP systems.
  • Ensuring costing methodologies are clearly documented and understood by stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU

You will bring a strong analytical mindset and the confidence to work across teams and locations, with:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling and data analysis.
  • Experience within manufacturing finance, ideally with exposure to product costing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of Microsoft Navision (highly desirable).
  • A finance qualification is beneficial but not essential – practical experience and problem‑solving capability are equally valued.
