Qualifications

• Experience in a standalone site manager role preferred.
• Familiar with Health & Safety, Environmental, and building regulations.
• Ability to effectively manage site activities and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face for the contractor and communicate with the client.
• Organise contractor and visitor inductions.
• Oversee daily site operations during construction.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage materials according to site progress and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and attend meetings.
