A leading healthcare organization in Liverpool is seeking a band 5 Registered Nurse to manage nursing care effectively. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team and be accountable for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care. Following preceptorship, you will also take charge of an area during your shifts. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, and an understanding of professional conduct standards. As band 5 RN you will be responsible and accountable for assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward manager/charge nurse.
Following successful completion of preceptorship, you will be required to take charge of an area for a span of duty.
The post holder will always work within the NMC's Code of professional conduct.
