Priory Hospital Market Weighton is a level 2 rehabilitation hospital for adult males, offering bespoke and flexible therapeutic programmes focused on stabilisation, skill acquisition, personal development, community integration, and developing competence and confidence in living skills. This is a full-time 40-hour role as part of a team of staff supporting patients from admission to semi-independence.
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our patients’ wellbeing. You will help deliver personalised care using proven therapies to support recovery and a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a staff nurse, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, and undertake routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
We are looking for a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience, active NMC registration, and completion of a preceptorship program. You should have a thorough knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices, with evidence of continuing professional development. A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to quality care are essential, along with the ability to develop and apply flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
