Overview

Staff Nurse – Outpatients. London: The Princess Grace Hospital (based at 30 Devonshire but needs flexibility to work at London Digestive Centre, Spinal Unit and ISEH as required). Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Shift times: Monday – Friday (Outpatients is open 8:00–20:30 and flexibility will be required to cover these hours). Permanent Contract. Salary: competitive depending on experience.

Great opportunity for an experienced Outpatient's Nurse to join the Outpatients team at The Princess Grace Hospital.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a close-knit, consultant-led team supporting a wide range of specialisms including ENT, orthopaedics, gynaecology and general surgery. With 18 treatment rooms and a collaborative approach to care, you’ll help deliver safe, compassionate nursing to every patient who walks through our doors. This is a hands-on role where you’ll rotate across multiple sites including our spinal unit, London Digestive Centre (LDC) and the Institute of Sport Exercise and Health (ISEH). You’ll also work closely with the Harley Street Outpatients team, giving you exposure to a broad mix of clinical environments and patient needs. Whether you’re dressing wounds, taking bloods, or supporting consultants with procedures, you’ll be trusted to deliver care that’s clinically excellent and emotionally supportive.

Responsibilities
  • Working as part of a team to ensure a high standard of nursing care and safety for patients and service users within Outpatients
  • Supporting wound management, dressing changes, suture and clip removals
  • Taking bloods and chaperoning patients during procedures
  • Liaising with consultants and wider clinical teams to coordinate care
  • Rotating across multiple outpatient sites to support service delivery
