Salary: £37,875 - £46,581.47 (Depending upon experience)

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Neurosurgery & Orthopaedics team with a competitive salary range on offer, up to £46,581.47, depending upon experience.

This is a Monday-Sunday, Days / Nights / Weekends role with the following shift patterns:

  • Monday to Sunday Long Days – 07:30‑20:00
  • Monday to Sunday Nights – 19:30‑08:00
  • Bank Holidays – 07:30‑20:00 & 19:30‑08:00

What will your duties include :
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
  • To prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and elevate to the senior nursing team / clinicians immediately.
  • Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
  • Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and act as the patient advocate at all times.
  • Participate effectively at the quality improvement initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
What we need from you :
  • Experience working in a Neuro / Ortho setting
  • Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council
  • Must be willing to undertake relevant post‑registration courses
  • ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire
  • Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field
