The Trained Nurse role requires commitment to the ongoing development of the ward and multidisciplinary team work. We aim to deliver the highest standard of patient and rehabilitative care to predominantly elderly patients. The ideal applicant will have strong organisational, communication and clinical skills and be able to act as a positive role model. You will undertake a range of Early, Late and Night duties on a rotational basis to support 24-hour nursing care, 7 days per week. Although based at Launceston Community Hospital, flexibility to support other local hospitals may be required to meet service needs.
