With a high volume and fast turnover of patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic day case investigations and procedures, a role on the Nurse led day ward could be the challenge you are looking for. We are open Monday to Friday, 06:45-20:00.
The nursing team:
This is a time pressured environment, where you must be a team player, well organised, and able to deal with ever changing priorities. All our staff are expected to be able to effectively multitask and ensure all infection control risks are managed effectively. Patient's experience is optimised on the ward through good communication and team working.
