Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: 32000 per year

Join our staff dining team in Canary Wharf and take the lead in delivering great food and excellent customer service every day.

What you will do
  • Supervise daily staff dining operations
  • Provide friendly, professional service and exceed customer expectations
  • Prepare, serve and present food to brand standards
  • Drive sales through confident upselling and strong product knowledge
  • Maintain clean, safe and fully compliant service areas
  • Manage tills accurately and keep queues moving
  • Gather customer feedback and support continuous improvement
  • Assist with marketing, promotions and engagement activity
What you bring
  • Supervisory experience in staff dining, hospitality or catering
  • Passion for great food and excellent service
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to lead a team and work well under pressure
