Spotify is seeking a Staff Product Designer to help define and deliver the future of Spotify’s experience in third-party AI agents and ecosystems. This is a rare opportunity to shape how music, podcasts, and audiobooks are discovered, consumed, and enjoyed as the paradigm of interaction shifts toward agentic, AI-driven experiences.
In this role, you will bring deep AI literacy, strong design craft, and proven experience working with major technology partners. You’ll envision, prototype, and deliver elegant solutions that work within partner design systems while championing Spotify’s identity and strategic goals. Working across design, product, engineering, and business development teams, you’ll help ensure Spotify leads in this new frontier.
