Job summary

A global consulting firm is looking for a motivated Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/DevOps professional to design and manage customer-facing infrastructures and cloud services. The ideal candidate will resolve customer escalations, manage production documentation, and create scalable monitoring systems. A college degree or equivalent is preferred, along with knowledge of industry practices. This position is located in Irvine, CA, within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and configure customer-facing infrastructures and services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure to meet enterprise grade SLA standards.
• Resolve customer escalations and create processes to prevent reiteration.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues.
• Create scalable monitoring systems for global infrastructure.
• Maintain and document production processes.
