Sr. Product Manager – Global Cable Tape

Mativ is a global leader in advanced materials with more than 100 years of innovation. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy, profitability, and innovation within our Global Cable Tape business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage new product development from concept to launch.
• Build business cases, pricing strategies, and CAPEX proposals.
• Develop sales tools and partner with Marketing Communications.
• Support sales with product training and customer presentations.

What You Bring

• Engineering or technical background (Electrical / Industrial preferred).
• 7–10 years of product management experience in B2B manufacturing.
• 5+ years of marketing experience (pricing, promotions, product strategy).
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in cable or industrial materials is desirable.
