What we’re looking for...

ScienceLogic is seeking a talented Field Marketing Manager to support EMEA Field Marketing initiatives. This role involves creating, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and fuel demand across the EMEA region.

What you'll be doing...

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing programs, including planning, promotion, implementation, optimization, and reporting, driving marketing-qualified leads and accelerating pipeline growth.
  • Manage regional virtual events and webinars.
  • Create compelling content for emails, advertisements, landing pages, webinars, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, creative, digital, product marketing, and other stakeholders for synchronized and timely campaign delivery.
  • Manage logistics for regional events, corporate trade shows, and partner initiatives, occasionally providing on-site event support.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce reports and dashboards to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in EMEA.

Qualities you possess...

  • 5+ years of proven B2B field marketing and demand generation experience within the EMEA region, preferably for a US-based technology company.
  • Strong expertise in webinar production and management, email marketing, event coordination, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense; familiarity with registration/website management software.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously across international teams and time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, combined with outstanding organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach, and the capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
