A property management company in Irvine, UK seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing operations, including managing a team of Community Relations Representatives and handling financial performance. Candidates should have 2-4 years of property management experience and a high school diploma. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $31.83 to $40.53 per hour, with additional benefits for employees.
Assists the Community Manager and/or General Manager in leading the operations of the onsite unit, including assisting with the resolution of resident concerns, move-in/out process, renewals, evictions and other resident related items. Trains, develops and leads a team of Community Relations Representatives. Supports Community Manager/General Manager in managing KPI goals/action plans, and performing variance reporting. This role is available at buildings with 1000+ units.

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
