Compensation

$70,000 – $90,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead daily accounting operations and a team of 5 direct reports
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close
3. Maintain internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
4. Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
5. Oversee the transition from QuickBooks to a cloud-based platform
6. Prepare for audits and manage stakeholder financial inquiries
7. Mentor team members to enhance performance and career growth

What You’ll Need to be Considered

1. Be able to do the job as described
2. Experience leading accounting in a company of 100+ employees
3. Proven track record of implementing accounting system transitions
4. Familiarity with QuickBooks and other modern cloud-based accounting tools with experience implementing ERP systems
5. Ability to lead through change and foster team development
