Compensation

$70,000 – $90,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead daily accounting operations and a team of 5 direct reports
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close
3. Maintain internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
4. Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
5. Oversee the transition from QuickBooks to a cloud-based platform
6. Prepare for audits and manage stakeholder financial inquiries
7. Mentor team members to enhance performance and career growth
