What You'll Do:

As a Senior Account Strategist, you will manage a portfolio of top accounts among our UK clients. Your main objectives will be client retention and account growth to support our strategic plan in a fast-paced environment. You will handle post-sale communications with clients and internal teams, analyze metrics for all ads served, communicate issues internally, and serve as the client’s main contact for questions. You will monitor and optimize campaigns to increase revenue and margins, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with support teams to provide reports and optimize performance. Additionally, you will plan, forecast, and negotiate yearly budgets, and upsell new Criteo solutions.

  • Provide strategic account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate budgets and upsell new products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Advise on digital strategies and educate clients on Criteo’s technology.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to meet client goals (ROI, ROAS, Revenue).
  • Create presentations for quarterly meetings.

Who You Are:

  • Positive, proactive, eager to learn and adapt to industry changes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media, preferably with Retail and UK clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, persuasive in both speaking and writing.
  • Proven success in exceeding goals and contributing to team success.
