Job Description

Tour Coordinator required for a well-established, leading provider of Spectator Sports Tours and School Group Sports Tours! If you have at least three years’ experience organising sports tours for school groups, this could be your perfect next move. Based in a rural office in Gloucestershire (nearest major town is Tewkesbury), primarily working Monday‑Friday, you will receive a competitive salary, an annual bonus, and opportunities for international travel. Remote or hybrid work may be considered for applicants seeking it, provided you have the required experience.

Responsibilities
  • Project manage a variety of playing tours worldwide and within the UK for school, college, university, and club teams.
  • Act as main point of contact for the groups within your remit.
  • Answer client queries and arrange all travel components—flight, hotel, ground transportation, fixtures, and excursions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop strong customer relations.
Experience and Skills
  • Attention to detail with a methodical, thorough approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with travel suppliers including hoteliers, coach companies and excursion providers.
  • Travel experience and an interest in sport.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player, able to contribute to various projects across the business.
  • Desirable: Sales experience.
  • Desirable: Experience with education institutions (schools, higher education, universities) and sporting clubs.
  • Desirable: Additional language skills.
