This exciting full time opportunity offers sponsorship for flight instructors looking to expand their qualifications and advance their careers in aviation education.

  • Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings
  • Maintain accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulations
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratings
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvement
  • Upholdthe highest standards of safety and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Hold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor Certificate
  • Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Hold a CPL & IR-SP-ME
  • Minimum of 200 hours of instrument flight time
  • IRI privileges &PIC MEP hours (preferred)
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not required
