This exciting full time opportunity offers sponsorship for flight instructors looking to expand their qualifications and advance their careers in aviation education.
- Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings
- Maintain accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulations
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratings
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvement
- Upholdthe highest standards of safety and professionalism
Qualifications
- Hold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor Certificate
- Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Hold a CPL & IR-SP-ME
- Minimum of 200 hours of instrument flight time
- IRI privileges &PIC MEP hours (preferred)
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not required
