A community support organization is seeking a Speech & Language Therapist Team Lead to provide high-quality therapy to children and young people with complex needs. This permanent role involves managing a complex caseload, mentoring juniors, and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Ideal candidates will be qualified Speech & Language Therapists with significant experience. The position offers a salary of £48,022 FTE, with term-time working hours and generous benefits including a pension scheme and training opportunities.

Role: Speech & Language Therapist Team Lead
Location: Liverpool & surrounding areas
Hours: 37.5 per week, over 41 weeks (term-time)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £48,022 FTE (pro-rated to £43,753 term time)
