Overview

Speech & Language Therapist Band 6

Location: Brent, North West London

Contract: Permanent Full Time

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Reports To: Clinical Lead for Therapies

The School

The school

The school is a new SEN provision which has recently opened in Spring 2025. A purpose-built specialist day school in Cricklewood, Brent offering up to 54 places for students aged 7–16 with an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP) and traits of autism and related needs. Designed with small classes (around 6 pupils), each supported by a teacher and teaching assistant, it delivers a personalised, low-arousal environment with sensory-friendly spaces and strong visuals. The curriculum blends National Curriculum subjects with creative, physical, outdoor learning, and community engagement, guiding students toward qualifications (Unit Awards, Entry Levels, Functional Skills, or GCSEs) and fostering independence and employability skills. The school are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join their expanding provision.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Essential
  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
