Imagine starting your day nestled in stunning rural surroundings that inspire creativity, and a deep sense of purpose. You’ll work as part of an experienced and passionate integrated therapy team, dedicated to supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need your expertise and care the most.
Your days will be filled with meaningful work. You’ll start each morning with a briefing, sharing updates and celebrating the incredible progress of the children and young people we support. From there, you might deliver a 1:1 therapy session, lead an engaging group activity, or join classroom sessions to offer seamless therapeutic support. Every moment is an opportunity to help a child feel seen, understood, and valued.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. When you’re not directly supporting pupils, you’ll play a key role in equipping teaching colleagues with the skills to better support their pupils. You’ll partner with our onsite creative arts therapist to develop therapeutic approaches and attend multidisciplinary meetings with parents, teachers, and external partners to ensure every child receives the tailored care they need. We’ll support your professional growth with clinical supervision, mentorship, and dedicated time to refine your skills, all within a supportive and nurturing environment.
