Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Lanlivery PL30
Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE)
Basic grade: £33,000+, Specialist: £39,500+, Highly Specialist: £48,000+
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days (days to be agreed) - Full time possible
Contract: Permanent (term-time only, or flexibility around a full-time contract can be discussed)

In a world where demand for clinical support is increasing, we understand the importance and value of the work you do. Your unique skills and expertise are critical to building better outcomes for pupils, which is why we aim to have a multidisciplinary clinical team on each site working collaboratively with our education teams. Creating environments where pupils can flourish and grow in independence is key.
Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs. You will follow established Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide your practice within an education setting.
You will manage your own caseload with full support from your clinical supervisor and site lead, and contribute to staff training and consultation. This role would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.
