Job Title: Specialist Speech and Language Therapist– Neurodevelopmental Assessments
Rate: £400 per completed ADOS assessment
Location: Cumbria

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and confident Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs) to support neurodevelopmental assessments, with a primary focus on ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments using recognised diagnostic tools such as ADOS, QbTest, ACE and DIVA. You will contribute across the full clinical pathway, including assessment delivery, clinical review, report writing and participation in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience using ADOS
  • Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly Autism and ADHD
  • Confidence and competence in delivering in-person assessments
