Priory Kemple View is seeking to recruit a Specialist Practitioner in Sexual Offending Behaviour to join the team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Located in Blackburn, Lancashire, Priory Hospital Kemple View is a 90-bed hospital, offering level 2 rehabilitation and secure services for adult males. We can support people with a mental health condition and/or a personality disorder.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a specialist practitioner, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

The role requires a Registered Practitioner (e.g., Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Probation Officer) with a relevant postgraduate qualification. Essential experience includes delivering evidence-based systemic interventions and specialist psychological work with individuals exhibiting sexually problematic behaviours. Candidates should be skilled in therapies like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, positive psychology, goal setting, and trauma-informed approaches.
