A leading healthcare provider in Liverpool is looking for an experienced Registered Pharmacy Technician to join their Medicines Management clinical team. In this role, you will perform medicines reconciliations and assist with patient care processes for individuals with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include training and auditing, while working within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. We have exciting opportunities for experienced Registered Pharmacy Technicians to join our Medicines Management clinical team. The team covers sites across Secure and Acute services. Flexibility in working rotas and travel will be required to support the needs of the service. You will work within a multi‑disciplinary team, supporting patient care and assisting with medicines reconciliations and timely discharge processes for patients with complex mental illnesses and learning disabilities. You will assist nursing staff with medicines management processes, completing audits and providing training and education. You will work autonomously within a thriving and well‑developed team to promote and provide a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective pharmaceutical service.
A current and valid BTEC accuracy checking qualification is required. The post-holder will be obliged to participate in our weekend and bank holiday rotas. For full information regarding required qualifications and experience please refer to the job description and person specification.
