The post holder will be the specialist pharmacist for the General Medicine service at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. They will be a role model, working to a high level within the pharmacy department. The post holder will also act as an undergraduate and postgraduate Teacher Practitioner and be part of the Clinical and Professional Practice team at Medway School of Pharmacy, Universities of Kent and Greenwich at Medway.
