About the Role

Sankofa Exchange Ltd we seek a highly accurate, rapid Note‑Taker to produce clear, contemporaneous, and professional records of meetings, interviews, assessments, and hearings. You will combine exceptional typing proficiency with a strong psychology background, meticulous attention to detail, and robust confidentiality / GDPR practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture verbatim and near-verbatim notes during live sessions (in person and / or via secure video).
  • Produce polished transcripts and structured summaries to agreed templates and timelines.
  • Handle sensitive information in accordance with confidentiality, data protection, and professional ethics.
