Digrite is an established main dealer in sales, support, service and hire of earthmoving equipment to clients across Western Australia.

We specialise in Takeuchi mini excavators, track loaders and Toyota Huski skid steers.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Consultant / Stores Manager.

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Phone, email and over the counter identifying and selling and processing orders of spare parts to suit earthmoving equipment.
  • Managing suppliers and the warehouse incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Manage spare parts for all workshop jobs.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist with other duties as required.
  • Controlling stock levels (e.g., minimum/maximum and supplier orders).
About You

Ideally have had experience working with hydraulic, electric and mechanical equipment such as earthmoving equipment.

Excellent conflict resolution, competent decision making and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive and handle pressure in a busy environment.

Demonstrated excellence in identifying service opportunities and customer service skills.
