Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a bilingual Spanish Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director overseeing British and Spanish divisions. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, solid administrative skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks and communications. The position offers a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the Birmingham office, and includes managing travel arrangements and providing comprehensive support to the director.

Qualifications

  • Previous EA experience, ideally in both England and Spain.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to show resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive and complex inbox and diary management.
  • Travel arrangements and detailed itineraries – national and international.
  • Prepare meeting packs for the MD and deliver exceptional administrative support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries to manage the MD’s time effectively.
  • Oversee teams and projects on behalf of the director.

Location: Digbeth, Birmingham – 3 days a week in the office (hybrid)

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 p/a DoE

Overview

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be working with a large multi‑national organisation that continues to grow. A new Managing Director will oversee both British and Spanish divisions of the business. The company is now seeking a bilingual Spanish Executive Assistant to support the MD. This role will be based in their Birmingham office three days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive and complex inbox and diary management
  • Travel arrangements and detailed itineraries – national and international (including accommodation and professional excursions)
  • Prepare meeting packs for the MD and deliver exceptional administrative support, including minute‑taking and follow‑ups
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries to manage the MD’s time effectively
  • Oversee teams and projects on behalf of the director, producing comprehensive reports where necessary
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous EA experience, ideally in both England and Spain
