Overview

To deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages and facials, ensuring exceptional client care and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Treatment Delivery
  • Perform a range of spa treatments such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massages.
  • Facials tailored to client skin types and concerns.
  • Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand client needs.
  • Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable products or follow-up treatments.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
Health & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and treatment protocols.
  • Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each session.
  • Report any incidents or hazards promptly.
Operational Duties
  • Manage treatment schedules efficiently to minimize delays.
  • Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Sales & Promotion
  • Promote spa services and retail products to clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 7.5 hours per shift).
  • Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching during treatments.
  • Manual dexterity and strength to perform massages and handle equipment.
  • Capability to lift and move items up to 15 kg (e.g., treatment supplies).
  • Comfortable working in warm and humid environments typical of spa settings.
