Role Overview

As Spa Treatment Manager you will be responsible for the flawless running of our newest site, Yu Spa Edinburgh. You will take pride in creating a relaxing retreat within the hotel, giving guests a memorable, friendly spa experience. No two days are the same and being able to multitask, prioritise and self-motivate is key. You will be leading, mentoring, and inspiring the spa team while working alongside other hotel team members. You will be a trusted advisor to the key stakeholders in the spa team along with the Head of Spa who you will report into. Your main responsibilities are :

• Responsible for all daily Yu Spa Treatment operations, including scheduling of staff to meet business demand and ensuring high levels of guest service, cleanliness, and knowledge of services. This includes delivering treatments yourself as the business needs require.
